CLARA is a web-based application that can be accessed with the most common browsers with JavaScript support enabled. A URL link and username will be provided by Oslo Clearing upon request (only available for DCMs and GCMs) after signing the CLARA license agreement. Please use the Member and authorized users registration form to get a new user or amend existing user(s).
