Derivatives at Oslo Clearing ASA are cleared in the SECUR™ clearing system, an integrated clearing and back-office system.
In the back-office environment of SECUR™, customers are able to exercise contracts, view all customers’ contracts and trade history, move positions and report tailor-made contracts for clearing, etc. The system offers an open interface fort both trading and clearing. Members currently use this open interface to have direct access to their in-house trading and clearing systems.
SECUR™ also guarantees that all traders remain anonymous in their relationship to each other and that sufficient information concerning all trades is received by the clearing organization.
